Short Form Launch opens tomorrow (here's the whole plan)

Tomorrow, we're opening doors to Short Form Launch...a 4-week live content growth challenge where you post your next ten videos with me to scale faster on social media.

Here's a sneak peek of what we have planned…

Right away, on day 2, you watch a masterclass that walks you click for click through how to make a great video...the topic, the angle, the hook, the script, the recording, and the edit.

This will be a content blueprint you can follow over and over, and covers everything I wish I knew when I was starting out.

At each stage in the workflow, I also break down exactly how I’m using AI to speed up my content process in a way that I’ve never covered before publicly.

After you watch it, you’ll be able to post your next video with significant improvement.

Here's the rest of the four weeks:

• Days 3 to 5 (Positioning & Channel Strategy): Learn how to claim your unique lane and define your Target Authority Statement (who you help, with what, to get what)

• Days 6 to 11 (Ideas & Formats): Learn the right way to analyze your competitors' top videos through Sandcastles and leave with a refined topic shortlist, with three videos posted by Day 10

• Days 12 to 18 (Hooks & Scripts): Learn how to write winning hooks and scripts from scratch, with six videos posted by Day 17

• Days 19 to 23 (Recording & Editing): Learn how to record and edit more effectively in one sitting, with nine videos posted by Day 24

• Days 24 to 28 (Systems & Scale): Build the 321 Content System for your next 100 videos and lock-in ten reps posted by Day 26

It’s a combination of my best content strategies mixed with the AI systems I use to power my workflow faster at each step.

There are also five live calls with me, on October 27, November 3, November 10, November 17 and November 19 at 12PM ET.

Each one is short instruction (the 3-5 things that actually move the needle in each area) and then I’ll answer the group's questions (all five are recorded, so if you miss one live, you can watch it after).

Here are the program terms, all in one place:

• The time investment: Watch one lesson a day (20 to 30 minutes), and post three videos per week (ten in total), each designed to be started and finished in a single working session. All lessons available on day 1

• If you fall behind: Batch watch the lessons you missed before the next call, and finish your videos over the weekend

• The tools: All you need is your phone, free editing software, a month of Sandcastles Pro (which you’ll get free), and the Claude skills and workflows I run (which you get to keep). If you have a fancy camera/studio (that’s a bonus, but you don’t need it)

• The dates: Monday (October 26) to Sunday (November 22). The schedule is fixed and everyone starts together

• The community: Where you share your videos, alongside the rest of the cohort

If you can find three working sessions a week, you can do this.

And if you do the work, by Monday, November 23 you'll have ten videos live, the data giving you feedback on each one, and the AI-enabled content system built for your next 100.

This is the sprint program I wish I had when I was starting out, and the exact same workflows I used to scale to 2M+ followers and billions of views.
