The storytelling framework that works best for selling services and info products

Just do this...

Most business owners are hesitant to invest in scaling their content.

It can be easy to see how social media drives consumer product conversion (e.g., clothing, supplements, etc.)…

But harder to understand how it will directly move the needle for “intangible products” like services, info, or expertise-driven offers.

If you sell advice, services, or software, here’s the exact storytelling framework you should use to increase your content conversion.

PSB…Problem, Solution, Bridge.

For every video, you need to:

  • Establish or aggravate a relevant painpoint

  • Tease that you have a proven solution

  • Offer a bridge for them to learn/buy that solution

This is most easily represented by a Problem Solution format.

It's one of the 20 formats I teach in Short Form Launch, and the starting point is a always a problem or pain point your viewer has that you want to solve.

The catch is that most of the generic tips have been shared to death in almost every niche. And if you want to drive conversion, you actually don’t want to fully give the answer away (just tease it and offer the bridge).

So the Problem Solution videos that win do two things:

  1. They're very specific about who has the problem

  2. They tease a solution that person hasn't heard before

The answer you'd give someone to sell them person is usually the one they haven't heard before.

So take the last question someone asked you about what you do, write the problem you’d solve in one sentence (in their words), then write the nonobvious answer you'd give them in person...and you have the nucleus for your next video.

Here are four people from my program that do this super well...

  • Thaddeus builds AI systems for small businesses. One of his videos that crossed a million views is him explaining the problem around AI and jobs in the future...he's at 18,500 followers, with three videos over 1M+

  • Mark covers fitness for dads (inspired by his MMA background). He started in our program a couple months ago and already has five videos with 100K+ views.

  • Josh makes content about the psychology of paid ads. He now has over 50K+ combined followers. He runs an ad agency and uses content to breakdown common ad formats and problems with psychology based solutions. In our program, he created dozens of videos with 5 figure views that drove leads for his agency

  • Vince does nervous system work. His biggest video since joining is him, a camera, and four words on screen...it's crossed 390,000 views, and he's at 73,000 followers.

Most people selling info and services stall because they don’t know how to make content that drives conversion.

In Short Form Launch, we start by finding topics that are already working for the audience you want to reach.. and then you learn how to script video formats (like Problem Solution) that are likely to build rapid trust (and eventually convert).

If you’re a business owner that has wanted to invest in scaling your organic content, but didn’t have a clear system to follow, Short Form Launch will spell it out for you step by step.

Enrollment closes in 7 days, on 10/25. The program is only 4 weeks long, and you get to keep all of the information I teach + the live call recordings forever.

PS - This will be the only time I ever run SF Launch at this price.
