I turned my content brain into an AI Content Strategist

I’ve spent the last 3 years obsessively growing social media accounts (1B+ views // 2M+ followers).

My secret for success has always been to religiously follow the data.

My logic was…

I don’t want to waste time making content that has a low probability of working.

So whatever topics, formats, hooks, and storytelling structures worked in previous batches, I’d find the patterns, extract the learnings, and apply in future videos.

This has worked extremely well across both of my niches and all the niches for those I’ve coached.

In my latest content experiment (the @kallawaymarketing IG channel), I’ve gone from 0 to 60K followers in ~90 days using the exact same data-based approach.

To make this data-driven content strategy process easier, I’ve designed this Dashboard that has now become the only analysis I look at.

On the top, I can see all of my most important metrics. hover over any day on the graph and it shows exactly which videos outperformed.

On the bottom, it clusters my videos across topics, hooks, formats, and scriptwriting techniques, ranks by performance, and extracts the winning patterns.

This gives me a shortcut into exactly what is working best so I know where to double down.

It runs a fresh version of the report automatically every 7 days, and builds a comparison to my previous reports.

This is what I’ve always wanted.

It’s a data-driven version of my content brain that helps to surface the nonobvious patterns I might be missing.

If I want to dive deeper on anything, I can bring this analysis into Claude and ask questions to it directly.
