What you can't get from my free content

Erik posted for six years and had 2,075 followers to show for it

At the end of May, a B2B sales coach named Erik joined my program.

He had been trying to grow on social media for six years and had 2,075 followers to show for it (plus 9,700 on LinkedIn).

By early July, one of his videos had 274K+ views.

He's past 14,000 followers today and has driven $50K+ in incremental revenue in his first few months in the program.

On a call in July, he told me, "I'm getting the most messages I've ever had on TikTok and Instagram. I've never had this much activity, ever. I’ve spent $300,000+ on social media coaching and programs, and this is by far the best thing I’ve ever done."

Now here's the part that surprises people...

Many of the core principles that I teach are covered in my free content (and I'd rather you know that now than find out later).

So why join Short Form Launch?

Pat, another member who reviews travel gear, explained it better than I can...

"YouTube tutorials can give you individual pieces of the puzzle, but [the program] helped put those pieces together into one system. You still have to do the work, but you know exactly what you should be working on next."

In other words…my free videos can teach you how to make a video...but they can't tell you which video to make next, how to know why it worked/flopped, and how to iterate in the right direction.

That answers to most of your questions are sitting in your social media data.

Here’s how I use my data to extract hidden patterns.

Every 7 days, I look at the last 30 videos on my channel to see where the best performance is coming from.

When one topic keeps showing up in the winners, the next batch leans into it.

When one scriptwriting technique or hook structure continues to outperform, the next batch extracts and uses it again.

A tutorial can teach you how to think about hook theory...but only your own data can tell you exactly why certain hooks worked and which components to change next based on those learnings.

If you already have an audience, you can run this analysis on your own last 20 videos. If you don’t, you start by analyzing close competitors as a proxy.

Inside Short Form Launch, you’ll set up the Content Strategy Audit in Sandcastles, which does this data analysis process for you automatically.

It ranks your topics, formats, hooks and scriptwriting by performance, so you know exactly what to make next (and I’ll tech you exactly how to read this data so you know what to change).

From here, you can port this data into your AI platform of choice and turn the conversation into a chat (that feels like you’re talking to a content coach).

Here's what it looks like on my channel...

If you want to learn to run this own channel (and how to interpret the data so you can use it to grow as fast as possible), reserve your spot here. This is one of the core things I teach.

PS - Doors close Sunday, October 25, at 11:59pm ET. Erik's case study is on the page alongside other members.
