How to create 30 days of content in 30 minutes
This is my 6x5 method (content on easy mode)
This is how to create 30 days of content in 30 minutes.
Whenever I get stuck with a content strategy that isn’t working, I always come back to this.
It’s called the 6×5 method.
6 Topics
The first step is to find winning topics in your niche.
There are two ways to do this:
Vibes-driven: Brainstorm off the top of your head (less validated)
Data-driven: Use data to tell you what is already working (more validated)
I’ll give you a quick process for doing it both ways.
Start by writing your niche in the center of the page.
If you’re brainstorming, set a timer for 10 minutes and make a list of all the subtopics in your niche that you can think of.
Your goal is to narrow the list down to the top 6 subtopics where you think your core customer or ideal viewer have the most questions/pain points.
If you’re using data, go to Sandcastles, and run the exact process I walkthrough in this video (from 7:19 - 11:31) and then using this Claude skill.
This will allow you to deep analyze the top performing video from your channel (and/or competitors), and then use Claude to deep analyze the topics and bucket them into the top performing categories. Fully data-driven ideation.
Either way, you’re going to pick the top 6 and then write them on your paper like this.

A few examples:
Niche: dentistry. Subtopics: brushing, flossing, cavities, veneers, mouth guards, gums
Niche: marketing. Subtopics: Instagram, YouTube, Facebook ads, email marketing, landing page funnels, AEO
Niche: fitness. Subtopics: macros, meal prep, strength training, cardio, flexibility, equipment
You ideally want to come up with subtopics where you have some unique perspective to share.
5 Formats
Next, we need formats.
There are 22 different short-form video formats that work best on social media: breakdowns, case studies, tutorials, Q&A, you get the picture…
If you’re on Sandcastles, you can access the Collections tab that has a bunch of top examples for each of the 22 categories. All users can access all 105 Collections we’ve curated, including the 22 for Formats.

You're going to pick 5 formats that you want to try over the next month.
If you want to do this simple (beginner level): pick the ones that look the easiest to make or that you've liked making in the past.
If you want to do this smart (intermediate & advanced): pick the same formats your competitors have already had success with (will also be broken down in the report if you run the Sandcastles <> Claude workflow from step 1)
30 Posting Days
Last step, you're going to make a grid like this and schedule out your content calendar. On one side put the 6 topics, on the other, put the 5 formats.

Each box in the grid is that Topic x Format.
Now you have a unique topic/format combination already chosen for you, so that you don’t have to guess what you’re making that day.
This is how you build a content system to avoid analysis paralysis and churn out more volume.
It’s simple, but extremely effective if you stick to this.
Keep going 🫡
